Am I charged for the tour if my reservation request (day and time) is not available?
    NO! We hand process all reservations. Meaning, we look to see if your request is available, if it is, we then hand enter your credit card number and send you an e-mail confirmation. The secure site where you enter your credit card number does not automatically charge your sale. Rather, it is a secure portal through which we can view your information in order to process your sale/reservation. If we cannot accommodate your request, we’ll call or e-mail you. So there is NO RISK completing your online reservation.
How will I know what day and time I am reserved for after I enter my credit card number?
    Once we see a new reservation request and payment we will process it and send you an e-mail confirmation. This process is done by hand by a person, not a computer. Be patient after your submission because we are not always at the reservation center. The automated form you receive after you send a request and enter your credit card number only informs you that delivery was sent to us. It does not insure your request is available. Once again, we will send you notice once we have received your request.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
    Go directly to the “our store” link and choose the package type you want. There is a pull down option next to “package” for either a reservation or a gift certificate. Change reservation to gift certificate.
The reservation request form asks for three times and day options. What if I can only go on one specific day and time?
    Enter the same day and time three times. We’ll understand that this in the only day and time you can go.
